1. Provider details

wishedu.ro is operated by SS INTERNATIONAL LEARNING SRL, a company registered in Romania, VAT number 52197810, with its registered office in Sibiu, [address to be completed], email contact@wishedu.ro.

2. Purpose of the site

The site presents the educational services offered by WISH Education and allows you to send enquiries or request a consultation. Services cannot be purchased online; enrolment on a programme is agreed through a separate contract concluded after the initial consultation.

3. Published information

We make reasonable efforts to keep published information accurate and current. Programme descriptions, examination lists and estimated durations are indicative; the specific terms of a programme are set out in the contract concluded with each learner or their legal guardian. We reserve the right to change programme structures, fees and schedules without prior notice, without affecting contracts already concluded.

4. Intellectual property

The WISH Education name, logo, texts, teaching materials, structure and design of the site are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to SS INTERNATIONAL LEARNING SRL or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written agreement is prohibited. The logos of the European Union, the Government of Romania and the examination boards referred to belong to their respective owners and are used for information purposes only.

5. Links to other websites

The site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for the information published there or for their data processing practices.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions, technical errors, or losses arising from relying on published information for decisions taken without first consulting us.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie policy; both form an integral part of these terms.

8. Complaints

Any complaint can be sent to contact@wishedu.ro. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) and use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably and, failing agreement, by the competent courts in Romania.
